Colaba grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Service solely for your internal business use in connection with managing affiliate collaborations on TikTok Shop.

The Service is accessible worldwide. Regardless of your location, you are responsible for complying with local laws and TikTok Shop policies applicable to your business.

By using the Service, you may submit content or data. You retain ownership of your content but grant Colaba a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and process it solely to operate and improve the Service.

You agree not to:

• Resell, lease, or sublicense the Service to any third party.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with the Service.
• Use the Service to violate any laws or third-party rights.
• Attempt to bypass any technical restrictions or security measures.

We may offer free trials. Abuse of the trial system (e.g., using multiple accounts to obtain repeated access) is prohibited. We reserve the right to charge your payment method or terminate your access if abuse is detected.

All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time via your account portal.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted use.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Colaba is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any amount exceeding the fees you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.

Our handling of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for any violation of these Terms or suspected abuse. You may terminate your use at any time.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts in Texas for any dispute not resolved through informal negotiation or arbitration.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
